To claim our money back guarantee:
After trying Oroasi.com you can decide to return it within the 14th day from the date of arrival (the proof of delivery that the courier will give us will be valid),
at this point you can write an email to info@o roasi.com explaining the reasons for your return.
The product must be returned intact in all its parts, complete with all its accessories, with the original box completely intact and undamaged.

If you made the payment via PAYPAL, you can activate the service that PAYPAL offers for refunding the return shipping costs,
It is recommended to return Oroasi.com via traceable mail. We cannot guarantee that all returned items will reach us unless they are traceable.
*We ask all customers to allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse*.
The entire process of returning goods is carried out in accordance with the Legislative Reference Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The online shop www.o roasi.com wants all customers to be fully satisfied, so if the product you received does not meet your expectations, you can return the goods. You have exactly 14 working days from the delivery date.
We are always open to cooperation with all our customers, so by returning certain products that do not meet your needs, you help us improve our business!
In case of return, due to customer error, and not the fault of the store, all costs will be borne by the customer (the basic condition is that the products should be in their original packaging, not be opened and/or tested).
How do I get a refund?
It is recommended to return the products in their original box. Please note that the returned product can no longer be used or resold. If you do not have the original box, you can use any other cardboard box that can be transported. The entire refund package must be accompanied by all order documents and accessories sent in the initial order. Please take care to pack carefully, so that the products are not damaged during transport.
To make a refund, you must fill out the return form.
Please send us an email with the return form attached, this form must also be printed, filled out and placed together with the products in the package.
Then, after talking to our manager for the refund of the products and packing them, wait for the call from our courier who will come to your address to collect the package. Whether you pay by credit card or in cash, the money will be returned to your personal bank account, which will be indicated in the return form, filled out before.
As soon as the products reach us and meet all the above conditions, we will start the refund process. The money will be transferred to your account within 14 working days.
